going by memory it's
melt 150g quality dark choc (I use sainsbury's finest) with 150g unsalted butter) .. put to one side to cool slightly
in the meantime beat 2 eggs, 150g caster sugar, tsp vanilla until creamy looking
seive in and stir 100g plain flour plus big tbsp drinking chocolate
(she adds 100g walnuts I never do)
then stir in the melted chocolate
pour into a greased and lined brownie dish and cook at 180 for 18 mins (well that's the timing in my fan oven anyway).. top should be cracked .. leave to cool in tin
