Sudden intolerance to something?

I think I must have an intolerance to something. Last night I was up all night with the most painful cramps and bloating and a fever. Subsided now but it felt like I’d been poisoned so I thought maybe was an intolerance?
The only thing I ate yesterday was a roasted vegetable and 5 grain and lentil salad. I do struggle with gas and bloating generally and have noticed lentils cause me discomfort sometimes.
Reckon I might be intolerant to legumes?? Sad not to have chickpeas, tofu etc..
Or would it be just the lentils or maybe buckwheat or something…
Anyone similar?

If you had a fever, I would assume it’s an infection, not an intolerance. Not to say it’s impossible, but the quick onset with fever wouldn’t make me think intolerance. Was the salad pre-packaged or did you make it yourself? Legumes can cause issues if not cooked, but the fever just sounds like an immune response to an infection as it’s your body’s way of killing off the pathogen. The most obvious answer would be contamination in a pre-made salad or in rice/grains if those came from a packet pre-cooked.
