Can anyone recommend an Air Fryer cookbook? There's rather a lot to choose from.

There is a new Jamie Oliver one due out in the New Year

I recommend The Essential Air Fryer Cookbook: The Only Book You Need for Your Air Fryer by Wendy Jo Peterson and Adam Robbins. This book is great for beginners and offers many simple, easy-to-make recipes that will help you make the most of your air fryer and create delicious, healthy dishes.
Additionally, if you're looking for more creative and diverse recipes, you can try Air Fryer Revolution: 100 Healthier Recipes for Your Air Fryer by Urvashi Pitre. This book provides a wide range of inventive recipes, perfect for those who are already familiar with the basics of air frying and want to explore more complex and varied dishes.

Poppy cooks is a really good one. Also Bored of Lunch and Hayley Dean are pretty good.

I like Poppy Cooks and Bored of Lunch. Feel like they're a bit more modern in their recipe choices

Will have a look at them on amazon and check stars. Thanks.
