Hello - after a lovely weekend away that included a visit to a beautiful seafood restaurant I am looking for recommendations for seafood recipe books that have some "fancier" (for want of a better word) recipes. I love to cook and can do the usual fish pie, pan fried, hollandaise sauce etc but something dedicated to really good seafood if anyone can recommend anything for me to browse please??
