What do you like to take to cinema? Do you take your own or buy?

Always go to Asda first no way am I spending £4 on popcorn!

sour skittles or haribo tangfastics

Seafood sticks but I only get them out if it’s empty!!

I don’t like popcorn so always bring sour jellies or M&Ms, and I get a Coke at the cinema.

Always go to Asda or somewhere beforehand! My favourites change but usually a combination of liquorice allsorts, fruit pastilles, maltesers or chocolate eclairs.

I’d have you banned expeditiously

Maltesers, Pringles, jelly beans.

On my birthday cinema trip I do push the boat out and buy some sweet popcorn or a Ben and Jerry’s sundae 😍

The cinema I love has a proper menu where you can order popcorn, milkshakes but also whole meals like burgers and chips and decent coffee and wine, beef etc and they take your order from you at your seats and bring the refreshments to your seats, like table service. It has sofas rather than those horrible uncomfortable chairs more like seats on a bus. 100 times better than any other cinemas I'd been to before! They have them in several places now, "Everyman" cinemas. Highly recommend! And saves any hassle of bringing stuff with you as they have such a range of choices there would be something just about anybody would like.

Beef? I meant beer! I'm sure they do have beef though as well. 🤣

Always take my own, unless we're going to Everyman and getting proper food.

My mum always got chocolate raisins in the 90s and I thought it was the height of adults sophisticated snacks so I like to get those.

I also like Reisin the dark choch chews, Skittles, haribo Strawbs and Percy pigs. Spicy peanuts nuts too.

Everyman is lovely but expensive - normally it’s super cheap to do the cinema with just me and DS, even when buying popcorn etc. Everyman you definitely notice it in the budget.
