Turkey mince?

Any ideas of what I can do with some turkey mince? I'm looking for blandish things as I'm suffering bad reflux just now so want to lay off the spice for a bit - I'm struggling but I have a pack needing used by Monday

I use it to make a shepherds pie style dish. I use turkey mince and red lentils for the filling and a root veg mash as a topping.

Fry with mushrooms, add peas and feta cheese, pasta and drizzle with olive oil.

Maybe doesn't fit the bill but I absolutely love turkey mince for Greek turkey burger bowls. Most recipes use feta but I'm not a fan. I like to have the patties with a big salad and tzatziki. Maybe pitta croutons and maybe rice or quinoa depending on how healthy I'm attempting to be.
