I’m trying to keep my weight in check but via calories so don’t want Keto recipes for almond type cakes

Im also trying to keep my protein up
I have a sweet tooth and love a biscuit in the evening but want to avoid UHP protein bars etc or protein powder.

I made some cookie cake things which were nice but I wondered if anyone had any other suggestions to either make these a bit crispier or just less carbs.

I used egg white, a mashed banana, vanilla paste, some granulated sweetener and some PBfit peanut powder then enough oats to make them thick enough to stay in shape.

Were quite dense and chewy which I didn’t hate but I I don’t think I could have used less oats as the mixture was quite wet.

I could perhaps whip up the egg whites first?

Any other ideas? I really like experimenting.

A cracker topped with a little bit of jam and peanut butter (or marmite and peanut butter but maybe not sweet enough)?

I tried the recipe above again only whisked up the egg whites and it was delicious! Big soft cookies and only 108 calories each with 7G protein.
