Taking in snacks for work!

I leave work for mat leave soon and I’ve promised I’d bring in snacks/goodies for my last day for my team - I want to do it so that’s not an issue.
but I am so lost as to what to take exactly??

I have a morning meeting with them from 9.30-1pm and that’s when I was going to bring in the food… what would you do?

Do you have an m and s or similar? Those circular tubs of flapjacks / brownies etc are good.. maybe supplemented with some big bags of crisps .. maybe a fruit platter?

If not then those big boxes of donuts or fancy cupcakes go down well.

I guess it depends on what you have near you and how much you want to spend.

A selection of cakes
A selection of chocolates/biscuits
I did a cheese board last week that went down well....
How many people?

Congrats! If the office has awful coffee/tea, I'd take in some nicer options. Are you planning on baking snacks or buying?
-Tub of celebrations
-Swiss roll
-Muffins
-Multi pack of smaller snacks like flapjacks, choc/caramel balls etc
-Large tray of doughnuts?

If your meeting runs from 9.30 till 1pm ( long meeting ! ) I would imagine most are going to want their lunch so could you get pizza / sandwiches?

If you have the time and interest, you could make some homemade snacks (like homemade cookies or small cakes). This way, it would show your thoughtfulness and make everyone feel appreciated

If you're near a Costco they do amazing food platters!

Check if any allergies too. Bet u will feel annoyed, as will intended recipient, if they cannot indulge. Enjoy your maternity leave.
