Korean cookbooks?

DH is a keen cook and has requested a Korean cookbook for Christmas. He'd like it to have fairly easy-to-source ingredients, not things you can only buy in Seoul, or from £££ specialist websites.

All recommendations gratefully received.

Thanks for responding. Is it one you've tried?

I can't recommend a book, but how about checking what ingredients he's likely to need, & making up a stocking filler ? Things like gochujang paste are available in Sainsbo etc
Amazon stock a wide range of food products that he's likely to need.

Not yet! But a lot of the ingredients are easy to obtain, at least in bigger supermarkets.

Mangchi—her cookbooks are great and she has a huge international/youtube presence.

That's a fab idea - his stocking is always a struggle!

Off to Sainsbury's I shall go - thank you.
