Wrong using of Brita filters

just found out I dont soak the filter before use, just let the water go tgrough before drink (3 jars), what do you think can happen? Shall I toss the filter now?

Soaking it is just to remove any debris and prevent any air bubbles. If it's running fine after your 3 flush throughs, it's fine. If it's running slow, soak it now. No need to chuck it, either way.

Thanks! It is a bit disgusting when i think of it to not wash it before use but i somehow never thought of it, just tossed the first 3 jars 😅 it runs fine
