I am getting an Air fryer for Christmas so would like to get some good cook books with it. Which ones do you recommend?

I've borrowed AF recipe books from the library over the 8 years I've had mine, but never bought one as I'm not impressed.

The manufacturer's website is a good place to start, or I use a conversion chart found via Google.

Another vote for Bored of Lunch. I also like Hayley Dean's books.

We’ve never used cookbooks and just treat it as a small oven. You just have to reduce the temperature and/or time. So we’ve just cooked normal recipes in it.

Another who has never used a cook book other then the ones that came with it

Depending on the model , its just a small oven. Whatever you can bake, grill, roast or fry - it does it. Just drop the temp and the time - I think the rule of thumb is 10% and go for it
