Hi, my thermomix is about 6 years old and is used most days, I love it! I bought it when we lived overseas.
My DS used it last week and hadn’t noticed the blade wasn’t clicked in properly before putting bread ingredients in (flour, water and oil……) - they went through into the motor and machine unfortunately. We’ve cleaned it/dried it as much as possible but it’s still coming up with a motor error.
Had anybody ever sent one off to be fixed? How much did it cost approximately? Wondering if it’s worth it or whether to consider buying a new one
