How long should frozen veg, apple and raisin be in indian curry sauce from jar as its simmering? Tia

Don’t know but frozen veg will make the sauce quite watery. I’d fry it off first.

There's no meat so it's just a matter of cooking it until the vegetables and apples are tender. The water from the veg will evaporate from cooking so you don't have to fry first, but they will probably taste better if you do.

(In other words even if it does thin the sauce a bit all you need to do is cook it down and the sauce will thicken again)

You could add some ground almonds if you have any to thicken it up. I’d usually do a jar sauce with chicken or prawns some would cook them first and it’s just 5 mins to heat the sauce through. With the additions you’ve put in I guess it will take until the hardest item (apple or frozen cauli?) goes soft enough to eat

Presuming you’re not cooking it right now, I’d defrost the veg in the fridge first to speed things up.
