Christmas fair baking ideas

I would like some ideas please for things to make for our school Christmas fair.

I’m not a good cake baker (they look lopsided etc but taste fine) so I’m more looking for Christmas-themed ideas that don’t need to rise ie cookies, fudge, slices, rocky road etc.

They also need to be: nut-free, fairly easy, and not a million and one ingredients(!).

White chocolate and cranberry fudge is super easy.

Ginger bread is a classic!

Sugar cookies shaped like snowmen / snowflakes / Christmas things.

Sparkly rocky road (e.g classic rocky road with food glitter on).

Reindeer food (pretzels bashed up, coat in chocolate and any addictions you desire then pop into a fairy cake case).
Melted snowmen - marshmallow in icing on a digestive!

I always make chocolate chip cookies for this sort of thing - HUGELY successful every time and really very easy.
