Ok, so what actually is a healthy toddler diet then?

I've just read a newspaper article from a few weeks ago about nurseries feeding them the wrong things, and possibly stunting childrens growth (toddlers having too much fruit and veg!) but no where can I find what they should actually be eating? My little lad loves fruit and veg and would happily live on them but now I'm worrying that its not healthy!
