Hello fresh creamy peppercorn sauce

I'd love to recreate this sauce but I am clueless as to how much black pepper to use. All the other ingredients are listed in mls, grams, etc but the pepper says '2 sachets '

Can anyone help me?

Just keep adding pepper bit by bit till it tastes how you want it to taste

I'd estimate that a sachet is probably only a teaspoon

Thats one of the only annoying things about the meal boxes is that sometimes the sachets don't have measurments. Adding amounts bit by bit is a good idea but what I have done in the past is empty the sachet onto my digital scaled or into a measuring spoon and make a note of the amount on the recipe sheet. It's usually a teaspoon or half a teaspoon so I'd say start with half a teaspoon and then see how it tastes and add more if it's not quite right.

I'd cook the sauce with one teaspoon of black pepper then add some freshly ground pepper at the end if you want it to taste more peppery
