I can't easily find somewhere I can reference any kind of recommended nutrional breakdown for young children. The back of everything we eat nowadays breaks down Protein, Fat, Carbs, Fibre etc... and it would be useful to know (roughly!) how much of everything I should be aspiring (and aspiring only at most meal times!!!) I should be trying to get down my 1 year olds neck!! Anyone found something along these lines??

No, but I'm watching this space with interest - what was the thing on the news earlier about the five a day fruit and veg thing not being suitable for kids? The only nutrition thing I normally watch is salt and I think 1yr olds are allowed 2g a day, which doesn't go far when his favourite food atm is bagel and cream cheese!
