I'm looking for tried and tested, super tasty meals I can prep ahead of time. What are your favourites?

I'm loving slow cooker 'dump bags' at the moment. You basically put everything needed into a bag, freeze it, and then pull it out the day before to defrost in the fridge and pop it in the slow cooker in the morning. Lots of ideas here:
Slow Cooker Dump Bags {Freeze and Go Meals}
(They are also very very quick to prep as most you don't cook anything in advance)

I make a large batch of ragu, & freeze in portion sizes.
With a few extras, it can easily become, spag bol , chilli, moussaka, lasagne, cottage pie.

Would you recommend any of these in particular? I find slow cooker recipes can be so hit and miss. I actually prepped her beef goulash today - but not going to eat it til Wed or Thurs.

@ChaoticCrumble I really like all of them, the only one I haven't tried is the sweet potato and peanut butter stew. The honey garlic chicken in particular is very nice, as is the beef goulash! Just make sure you give them enough time to defrost in the fridge :)
