Gluten free pastry for mince pies

Can anyone recommend their gluten-free pastry recipe for mince pies?

Gluten Free Shortcrust Pastry Recipe – A Step by Step Guide I've made this one a few times and it works well. Asda also do a frozen gluten free one that you just roll out and bake which also works nicely!

I was about to link to the Becky Excell recipe- it’s really good. Last Christmas I didn’t even bother to make gluten pastry, just gluten free for everyone. (Only my DH is coeliac)

I'll make sure to try those out then! This is our first GF Christmas since DD was diagnosed with coeliac disease and I had been slowly starting to panic about how to find GF alternatives for everything. I think you may just have saved both DD's Christmas and my nerves 😂.

I've used both, I found it worked better with her homemade mix but if you're pushed for time, the dove freeee one works too!
