My mum always used a frying pan, therefore non-stick and no mess. But most people use a saucepan don't they

Non stick has to be the priority, surely?

Have just made them for tea...in a frying pan!

I used an evassee....it's a deep frying pan, like a chef's pan...you can use either Crunchie!

a non-stick frying pan!

I know you can use either, it's just to follow on from the other thread. I have never met anyone who does scambled eggs in a frying pan, that's all

a good solid stainless steel pan and not having the heat more than 3 always works (Delia recipe we use and it's divine).
