Help! I very sadly need to replace my most beloved spatula. It has been used to bake with since my granny gave it to me when I left home for university over 25 years ago but now is on its last legs.
I have many other spatulas - both rubber and silicon - and they are well used too, but this particular hard plastic one is the best for spreading caramel, chocolate and fondant layers in traybakes. It was burnt out of shape many years ago so is curled at the top, but now it has cracks and small pieces out of it too so I really need to find a new one.
Everything is silicon though!
Can anyone recommend a (recently bought) hard plastic spatula for baking? Preferably one which can be found online as I have looked in all the local shops to no avail. (Inc the one my granny bought the aforementioned spatula from in the 1990s)
