Does anyone recommend a pasta machine?

Has anyone got one and do you recommend? Thanks

I dont have one and I wouldn't consider one as we dont eat pasta often enough to justify that cost.

Pasta dough is easy made by hand, a pasta roller is the only aid Id need, but Im a home cook so I use a rolling pin

I have that one, a friend gave it to me as she was no longer using it. I love it, it makes beautiful fresh pasta very quickly (about 7 minutes), and you can you additional plates for it if you want more shapes (I bought a spiral one). Its fun to use, but its not cheap, so you need to eat a lot of pasta to justify it. I like using herbs and veg to colour the pasta, and I do find it strangely fascinating watching the pasta come out.😁

I have one and can highly recommend it - not quite as good as handmade but takes 3 minutes rather than 2+ hours!!

I have the pasta rollers for my Kitchenaid, they’re great.

I have the Marcato Atlas manual pasta machine and to me, its the Rolls Royce of pasta machines!👍🤩🌟

We've got a much more simple pasta roller where you make your own dough and roll it through.

Homemade pasta is absolutely delicious, although ours requires quite a lot of time/ effort so we only do it occasionally.

This machine looks great - if you can afford it and eat a lot of pasta then why not?
