Keep it simple - brush with olive oil, season with salt/pepper and griddle very briefly so it's still pink inside, then serve with a squeeze of fresh lime.

I love Nicoise salad with egg, new pots, lots of leaves and a seared tuna steak on top.... Mmmm I wish I had that for tonight.

ooooh yummy - I heart fresh tuna....

make a dressing with ginger, chilli, coriander, sesame oil, marinate for about 20 minutes then just seal the tuna.

serve with a guacamole........

May go for the simple olive oil option, but next time might try the chilli and ginger mix.

Have sliced off a little for me... sushi style!

have you got any harissa?
I spread a good layer of harissa on one side and then flash griddle it on both sides
I then deglaze the griddle (which now has harissa on it) with a bit of water and reduce it down - takes literally 15 seconds.

Serve on couscous or with just green veg or salad. DELICIOUS

It was VERY pink when I ate it! I marinaded it as per BIWI as I didn't have any sesame oil. Will get some in tomorrow as.... oh look at that. There's another fresh tuna steak in my fridge!
