I was in France recently and visited an artisan shop. Don't ask me why, maybe the cute labels 😊but I now have two X 250gr jars of artisan caramel made on site (so they say...).
One jar is citron yuzu flavoured (had to look up yuzu fruit - it's sweet fragrant and sour mandarin type flavour) and the other is raspberry flavoured.
What would I do with them apart from spreading on something or topping ice cream? If you have any (easy, I'm never going to be on Bake Off) ideas I'd love to hear them. Thanks!
