Anyone have an easy to make recipe?

Yup. Get one of those pre-made ones in large glass, Jars. I've tried to source Gurnard. Spent hours on saffron enhanced stock, deveined copious amounts of Prawns and then roasted off shells to add to aforementioned stock (sans Gurnard) and made my own Rouille. Far easier - and cheaper; considering cost of ingredients, energy, time (and money input into the swearing jar) to just decant out of a big Bastard jar from Waitrose.
