Ive looked online and feel thick! Basically I need to make 2x10inch cakes that will be stacked on top of each other and 1x8 inch cake that will sit on top! Had anyone got a recipe ?

Basic sponge?

Easiest is the all in one '4442' method

4oz sugar
4oz butter
4oz self raising flour
2 large eggs

But multiply it, probably by 3 for what you need

So 12oz of the top 3 ingredients and 6 eggs
Bit of vanilla paste if you like

Mix all ingredients together and bake for around 25 mins at 180

If you're stacking I would go for Madeira sponge rather than victoria sponge as it's a bit firmer. For 2 7" tins (which i'd sandwich together) I use:
237g butter
237g caster sugar
4 eggs
300g plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Bake 160 fan oven, I'd check at 45min but often takes close to an hour
