Recipes with Pork/Beef mince

Could anyone share recipe ideas for mince that is a mix of pork & beef? I would usually use it for a bolognese but would like to try something different.

I made chilli last time I bought it, but next time I'd do either meatballs or burgers.

There is a Morrocan meatball sauce that is a bit different

Cypriot meatballs - keftedes

I make a kind of Thai meatballs. Pork mince, grated ginger, garlic, fish sauce, chilli, pinch of sugar, Thai basil if you can find it and corriander.
Mixed with an egg.
You can fry it bake or grill them. I flatten them a bit and coat in a bit of flour before cooking. They only take about 7 minutes if you make them small.
They are lush with fresh lime juice, steamed rice and crushed peanuts and spring onions as a topping.

These are made with pork and beef (ideally!)

Bibimbap is amazing with pork and beef.

Asian marinade, picked cucumber, shredded carrot, any other veg you fancy, rice and a fried egg on top. Gorgeous.

Koftas?

I was going to suggest meatloaf, really good if made well. I also love cabbage rolls or cabbage roll soup with it.

Ćevapčići – a type of Serbian grilled kebab* *
(Pronounced chevapchichi)

This is my recipe:

250g minced lamb
500g minced pork
1 teaspoon garlic puree
1 teaspoon onion granules
Half teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
Dash of sparkling water

Shape into sausage shapes (like koftas), wet your hands slightly so it doesn't stick.
Grill in the oven (or barbecue)
Serve with Ajvar (a Serbian roasted red pepper sauce, available in Waitrose and Sainsburys), pitta breads, and cucumber & yoghurt sauce.
