Pork meatballs that taste like sausages

I'm making my own pork meatballs and want to season them so they taste like sausages, what herbs should I use? I have an array so hopefully will have what I need 😃

i like to add paprika

Dried sage, black pepper, onion powder and plenty of salt will make them taste like sausages

Could you not take sausages meat and form that into meatballs?

I agree with pp. If you basically want sausages that look like meatballs, then buy the sausage you like, take the skins off them and form into balls.

I saw some pork mince reduced so decided to get it. I don't like eating sausages too often because I think they are a bit grim 😆

Good quality sausage meat from a butcher will be much better than pork mince from the supermarket

Sorry that should have said haven’t tried the recipe but I’ve had success with everything I have tried from there.

Add a bit of sage and onion stuffing mix to them.
