Where do you find Cream of Tartare??

I want to make some playdough but my local corner shop nor ocado have the item in question. It should be in the baking section along with baking powder etc shouldn't it??

Found it in Tesco's the other day in the same aisle as the sugar! Along with Bicarb. Had expected it to be in the baking aisle (next aisle) too
