Chicken Soup

Now that the chilly weather is here I thought I'd get some chicken soup. Off I went to Sainburys, followed by Tesco and M&S and it seems it is an impossible task. I like the fresh cartons of soup rather than tins. I can have chicken and vegetable, chicken and mushroom, thai chicken, moroccan chicken, chicken and sweetcorn, spices chicken and chickpea ... the only plain chicken soups I have found are the New Covent Garden one which is greasy or Waitrose but that's a 20 minute fdrive to get there. What's wrong with plain chicken soup?!

I think it's because just chicken would sound/seem plain .
You could of course make your own with chicken bones veg scraps or you could do like I did a few days ago and just use a chicken oxo cube .

Quick and easy to make and tastes even better a day or two later.
