Air fryer roast beef - or better in the oven??

Was very excited about doing roast beef in the air fryer but now thinking about gravy...

Have you tried it??

Yes it works very well. But prefer roasties in the oven.

Never tried beef but our daughter roasts gammon in the air fryer and it’s delicious.

An air fryer is just a small convection oven. If you are already putting the 'big' oven on for the rest of the meal, there's probably not a great deal to be gained by doing the beef in an air fryer.

I'd always do the roast potatoes in it though. The basket enables the hot air to circulate better which does make them a bit crisper.
