Cooking frozen

This is a basic question! I made my kids homemade chicken goujons in a batch for the freezer. Can I cook them from frozen in the airfryer and if so, for how long and at what temp? They are raw but frozen. Or should I defrost in the fridge first? They are about the same size as normal shop bought goujons.

Don't know how big shop-bought ones are, but as a general rule I always defrost chicken before cooking it - AF or otherwise.

I would be in the other camp and would definitely cook those from frozen, I don't buy chicken nugget type things often but would always cook them from frozen too as that is usually the instruction on them. If you thaw them first they will take slightly less time to cook but that's the only difference.

Invest in a cooking thermometer it will alleviate any worry about cooking from frozen.
