Cheese savoury made with mayonnaise can I cook leftovers?

I made some sarnies yesterday with a cheese savoury mixture. This is grated cheese spring onion and mayonnaise mixed together and spread on the sandwiches.

There is quite a bit left so can I make something like an open tart/quiche thingy with this or can you not cook with mayonnaise?

Oh yes I would. Make a quiche and mix it into that, or make little cheese and onion tarts.

Even dump it in a jacket potato!

Great ty, I wasn't sure about cooking the mayo. I'm thinking of little tarts with puff pastry but open to all ideas
