Would someone please give me an easy bolonese sauce recipe that actually has some taste

Packet of mince
2 onions
2 tins toms
1/2 bulb garlic
bay leaf
teaspoon dried mixed herbs
teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
bottle of red wine

Not exactly authentic, but it tastes better than anything in a bottle. Keep adding the bottle of wine as it evaporates - usually over an hour or so.

Virtually same as 2 sugars but tin of condensed tomato soup instead of one of the tins of toms.

I put a dash of ketchup and some Lea & Perrins sauce in as well. Otherwise pretty similar to the above...

I add half a jar of red pesto and a glug of red wine.

Or some "taco mix" or similar spice.

Or sundried tomato paste.

I am very lazy

not-so-secret ingredients include (depending on what is in cupboard)

worcestershire sauce
lots of garlic
red wine
tabasco
bayleaf
half a knorr stockcube/marigold powder
milk, 10 mins before end

plus i usually whizz up carrot, celery, onion and garlic at beg in food processor - the finely choppped veg does the biz imo

Thanks ladies. I'm going to ditch the dolmio and give it a whirl
(I can actually spell bolognese by the way!!)

celery
pancetta
mince
red wine about two glasses but depends who is eating and how much I have left
stock plus water
garlic to taste
onion
mixed herbs - depends what I have in
jar of that tomato sauce stuff
If I have them some cherry tomatoes.

Fry celery, pamcetta and onion
add meat
add the rest
cook until I am too hugry to wait.
