I have so many eggs. What to do with them all?

I have through a series of events come into possession of 36 eggs.

What on earth should I do with them? Hit me with your best largely egg based recipes.

Crustless quiche with mixed vegetables like peppers and onion (ones that freeze well)

Scrambled eggs

Lemon curd (or any other fruit curd)
pavlova
merengues,

Don't put them in one basket..

I end up with about 7 eggs a day, so I feel the expert of using up eggs! homemade mayo is a good one, I do an egg mayo sandwich, quiche, pavlova, Spanish omelette are all my staples, also egg curry. also eggs last ages and you can freeze them in various forms.

Eggs have a long shelf life, so you've got time to use them all.

Yorkshire pudding, use an extra egg to get a spectacular rise! Toad in the hole and Clafoutis made with plums

Why hasn’t anyone mentioned devilled eggs? It is a great way to get rid of eggs, there are never any leftovers.

Omelette Arnold Bennett. Sounds a bit weird, but it’s the one egg dish my dc consistently will eat.

Pickle them! Hardboil them, buy a big jar of pickling vinegar, pop them in, add some fresh chillies if you like spice - leave for at least a month, then eat. YUM.

Bit late but there’s a classic orange and almond cake (uses whole boiled oranges) tends to require about 8-9 eggs.
