These are my sauerkrauts. I started them on 15 August. The one in the red lid looks fine, but I think I may have over-filled the one in the blue lid as the lid keeps filling with brine. I just soak it up with kitchen roll and wipe down the outside of the jar if it overflows.
Is this the right thing to do?
