Comparing gluten-free flours

I usually bake with Doves Farm Plain flour, but have come across this recipe that calls for Schar Mix Pâtisserie flour. The ingredients of the two flours are not the same. Can I do a straight substitution?

Sorry haven’t used Schar flour- I prefer Doves Farm. We do use Glutafin all purpose mix but get better results when I do half and half
Schar has some ingredients in common with Glutafin
(this post is probably no help to you at all but thank you for the link)
