Just come back from Crete and already missing their lovely chicken slouvaki. Would anyone have a tried and tested recipe. DH is offering to do this on the BBQ so it's too good an offer to miss 😊

I’d you have an Aldi near by, they have Greek food seasoning mixed in this week, souvlaki, gyros, kofta and hallumi.

I do have an Aldi nearby. Thanks so much. DH has prepared some chicken as per the Good Food recipe but would be good to try the seasoning mix another time.

I used this recipe last month & marinated overnight. It was excellent!
