Similarly to BroccoliSpears, these tend to get made when we're already half-cut (for some unknown reason accompanied by shouts of 'Mudslaaaad!' in a psuedo-redneck accent... I blame my brother, he started doing it and now it's stuck...) so I can't give exact quantities, fairly equal measure of each. Deadly but delicious!
Blue Lagoon - Blue Curacao, vodka and lemonade in a tall glass - really lovely and refreshing.
Golden Dreams - galliano, cointreau or triple sec (an orange-flavoured liqueur basically), orange juice and cream shaken together in a martini glass. Heaven if you're in the mood for something creamy... yum...
I used to have recipe for a Christmas cocktail that was so lovely we made it all year round, but I've lost it... t'was in the Sainsbos magazine, as far as I recall it was basically Cointreau and a tiny drop of grenadine in the bottom of a sugar-frosted martini glass (pink sugar if you're being girly/festive/poncy) and topped up with champagne (or cava in our case!).
that Galway Grey sounds lush also... roll on the 24th May when I can drink again!
