Thanks. I can't envisage boiling it in water though as it has been cooked.

What about something like this? He fries his own tofu but I assume yours would work.

Oh that looks right up my street and I have most of those ingredients or substitutes. Thank you.

I buy that all the time! I love it. I usually air fry it and have it with udon noodles, pak choy and spring onions. If I have a bit of stir fry sauce (packet or home made) I drizzle a bit over the top about five minutes before it’s finished in the air fryer. I love a bit of chili crisp on the top as well.

I eat a lot of it as I live near an oriental supermarket.

I either air fry it for a few minutes and eat it with a dip or salad or I add it to a stir fry. It tastes even better if seasoned with salt and pepper.

Oh thanks all. I've only enjoyed it in restaurants before.

Ooh, I'll have to try this as I love it in restaurants. Does it have the nutritional values on the pack? They aren't on the website. I need to balance out carbs and protein which is usually fine wirh tofu but I'm not sure if the deep fried nature will change that.

I would try it in a thai curry. I often buy the small pots of Blue Dragon red/green Thai curry paste, add some coconut milk and veg.

Warm it up and put it in a sandwich (preferably a bao bun) with lettuce, tomato, chilli mayo & hoisin sauce. Not healthy. But Yum!
