What can I do with 3 passion fruit?

I bought 3 passion fruit from Tesco last week as they were a pound.

What do you use them for? On porridge? Blended into a smoothie?

Need ideas before they go out of date!

I would eat them all in about 5 seconds flat.

The wrinklier the better, so keep them as long as you can to get the sweetness!

Put on panna cotta/cheesecake/something creamy, mix into chopped fruit salad or just eat with a teaspoon!

I mean I wouldn't process them other than cutting them in half and using a spoon to transfer contents to mouth...

On Greek yoghurt. Or as per PP, just eat them!

I'd bin them 🤮 I see that I'm the only one though🫣

CultOfRamen · 27/08/2024 11:23

personally I would just eat, but you can freeze the pulp in ice cube trays for later too

longtompot · 27/08/2024 16:03

Buy or make mini meringues, whip some cream up, ripple through some lemon curd and the passion fruit and top the meringues and enjoy! I made these for Easter one year and they went down very well.

Fruit doesn't go out of date! How does it know it's got three days left of life??

rainbowunicorn · 27/08/2024 22:06

Just eat them, cut in half and eat with a spoon.

TroysMammy · 27/08/2024 22:08

Make a salsa with mango, red onion and lime juice.

ScottBakula · 27/08/2024 22:17

Give them to me !

I mix them with home made yoghurt.

I wouldn't blend or pulp them the seeds are not pleasant when chopped into bits .

greengreyblue · 27/08/2024 22:19

Spoon it on to coconut ice cream.
