Hi, I have some 100% dark chocolate and looking for some recipes to use it in. Interested in both sweet and savoury. They’re a bit too bitter for my taste just by itself but don’t want them to go to waste

Chocolate coated dates are nice.

Melting dark chocolate and marshmallows into milk makes a lonely hot chocolate, the marshmallows tone done the bitterness.

Also brownies, raspberries mixed in will bring some fruitiness.

Chilli benefits from some dark chocolate.

We used it for hot chocolate with a little sugar to sweeten it. Lovely with oat milk

Just melt it into some chilli at the end of cooking. 2 or 3 squares is plenty.

Also good in bolognaise.

This guy makes his own chocolate and has many sweet and savoury recipes:

He has a cook book too that I've done a few things from. His chocolate tomato ketchup is lovely.
