Have a few nights of just me and other half and at total mond blank of what to cook. Want something special but hes a picky bugger.

Also have visitors Monday through farm so on idea for nice cakes/biscuits as well

Victoria sponge.lemon drizzle. I have a friend with a severe egg allergy. Found a recipe on allrecipies.uk for a vegan carrot cake. Everyone went yuck,then they tasted it!!
