Hello my name is Kay Espinoza,
I have a 2 year little girl and i had the health visitor back in July telling me that i need to put my daughter on food that i would eat to be fair i don't really eat a lot of food and when i do its always hot stuff.
Sometimes my daughter will only eat the pouch food but i have been to stop them but that's all she will eat anything i do for my daughter i end up throwing away.
Please help

Hang on.... Your daughter is 2 YEARS old and not eating normal meals?

What is she having?

Peonies12 · 15/08/2024 13:17

A 2 year old should be eating normal meals, not pouches. I assume you mean hot as in spicy - in which case, can you make meals milder and then add chilis / hot sauce to your own portions?

What pouch meals is she having? Can you make homemade versions?

Do you sit down and eat the same meal at the same time?

What do you mean you don't eat a lot of food? She will copy your lead.

Ditch the pouches now, she'll get used to it. Does she ever eat non puréed food?
