Oh wise women in my phone, after this featured heavily in my dreams again this week 🙈😂 I am racking my brains to remember what this was called.
It was a completely artificial raspberry and sponge hot pudding, came in 2 packets that you added liquid to (can’t remember if it was milk or water). You put them both in a bowl without mixing and whilst it microwaved you magically ended up with a sponge layer on top and a raspberry layer underneath, it was saucy though not like jam in a normal sponge pudding.
It probably contained 9 billion e-numbers and a weeks worth of sugar and no nutritional value whatsoever. My brother and I were obsessed with it. This would have been somewhere between 1987ish and about 1992 I think. We were old enough to “cook” it ourselves anyway. It may have come in other flavours but we only had “raspberry”. It wouldn’t have actually contained any raspberry though I’m sure.
Does anyone remember it and what was it called?! It is literally taunting me in my dreams 🤯
