My ancient panasonic breadmaker that I bought second hand 14 years ago had finally given up the ghost. I would really like a machine that could make a sourdough spelt loaf because at the moment I have to get up early on Saturday mornings to get my bread from the bakery before it sells out on the one day the bakery makes it. Do the SD Panasonics actually make a decent sourdough loaf?
