biscoff cake...

It's ds birthday soon and he has asked for a biscoff spread cake...

I am not a great baker, tend to do delia all in one sponge with different variants lemon, chocolate, coffee etc for every family members birthday and decorate accordingly... does anyone have any recipe links, ideas or tips.

We've never had a jar in the house so will buy in but ds has got the taste for it from various treats milks shakes, brownies etc over the last few months.

It's not for a big party just a family get together.

Janes Patisserie was the first to come to mind for biscoff cakes, and if you google there are a few variants on her website. If you aren't a confident baker, and it's not for a large group then I think loaf cakes tend to be a bit easier and less huge.
