Soak the chopped-up salmon in milk for half an hour. Cook pasta and dress with a bit of olive oil/butter.. Toss in the salmon and milk. Cream if you have it. Pepper.

Done.

stir fry 1 onion and salmon cubes, add spinach finish with cream and seasoning and dash lemon juice.

Toss with pasta

for two greedy people

Got this in Mens Health mag. One of the fav dinners in our house.

Cook salmon steaks ( I use George forman grill or ridged frying pan)

Blitz half a pack low fat cream cheese, about 7 balls defrosted frozen spinach, a slosh of milk and a teaspoon of marigold powder.

That's your fab low fat creamy spinach sauce. Heat it and dress the cooked pasta and place your grilled spinach on top.

Or replace spinach with avocado?

Cook salmon (in a foil parcel in the oven is easiest, with a bit of lemon juice/white wine, olive oil, dill, salt and pepper). When cooked, remove skin and flake up fish. In a saucepan fry chopped onion till soft, then add selection of finely chopped veg - can use broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, mangetout, green beans etc. Stir fry for a few minutes until lightly cooked, stir in salmon, and mix into cooked pasta. Delicious like that but you can also stir in some cream or creamy cheese like philadelphia or boursin, for a more creamy version.
