Having 25 people over for a party. Mainly drinks, but do want to have some nibbles bits. Couple of coeliacs and one vegetarian so easy to cater for. I really don't want to spend the day in the kitchen - happy to prep this week and freeze or easy to do on the day things. Any ideas?
Plan to make gf sausage rolls and get in dips & crisps but what would be nice/easy?

Blinis are soooo easy to make. And just a bowl of mix makes about 100 !
Top with cream cheese and smoked salmon and dill

Never made those! I'm coeliac - can you make them gluten free?

In the summer I like to break up baby gem lettuce and use it as cups - prawn or crab cocktail mix is always popular. You don’t even have to make them up, just make a big bowl of filing and arrange the lettuce around the outside so people can spoon in what they like.

honey and mustard cocktail sausages always disappear. Also a cocktail stick of cherry tomato, mozzarella ball and fresh basil leaf- drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

Sausage rolls made with Richmond vegan sausages are fab.

How about a big bowl of cold boiled new potatoes and some dressings people can ladle or squeeze over?

And loads of salad, French bread, and crudités to go with your dips.

I would stick to things that can be eaten with fingers. Add variety by making things on mini bamboo skewers or cocktail sticks. Feta, watermelon and mint, king prawn, chorizo and cube of mango, (if you aren't a fan of fruit with savoury leave the mango off.) cherry tomato. Mini mozzarella ball, basil,
