Clean Gluten free bread London

Hello I’m looking for a clean gluten free bread with no stabilisers additives and preservatives etc
ideally in London or delivers to London

Gluten free bread requires these ingredients to mimic the gluten in normal bread. You can make chapattis though with just chickpea flour, water and salt.

Can you have rye bread? Biona makes rye bread with minimal ingredients - no wheat, additives, stabilisers, etc. It keeps a really long time as well, despite no preservatives. I like their rye and sunflower seed one, really nice toasted.

I make a cottage cheese bread which is gluten free and very clean.
300 g pot of cottage cheese
200g gf oats
2 eggs,
2 tbsp flaxseed
50g pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp baking powder
Salt, pepper any herbs/spices you like (I put in paprika and garlic)

Mix together and shape into a loaf on greaseproof paper. Cook at 180 for 55 mins. It's lovely but only keeps for a few days so need to slice it and freeze it
